Cancer: Clean out your car/Curate new playlists

My kind, caring Cancers, we all know how much you adore being the unofficial chauffeur of the friend group. You’re always the first to volunteer to drive, and you love nothing more than having all your friends pile into the back of your car, then taking off on a whirlwind adventure!

That being said, things can get pretty messy when you’re constantly having so many people coming and going.

Food wrappers, water bottles, and assorted fliers and programs sure can pile up quickly! When’s the last time you really looked in your backseat? Or what about under your seats? Since your car is basically your home on wheels, maybe it’s time to finally show it the love it deserves with a nice deep clean!

But remember, cleaning doesn’t always have to be a chore!

Crank up some tunes. This is the perfect opportunity to curate some new playlists! After all, you are the queen of personalized playlists, and there are plenty of jams to keep you dancing out in the warm sun as you give your car some much needed TLC. Once you’ve got your baby looking good as new, put on your favorite playlist (new or old), and take a drive with your friends to enjoy the fresh, spring air!

Scorpio: Clear out the corners/Build a thought space

My hardworking, dedicated Scorpios, you have a knack for constantly keeping yourself busy. You may dust or sweep on a regular basis, but when’s the last time you really looked in the corners of the room instead of just brushing over them to work on something else? Have you ever noticed how much dust piles up on your baseboards and against the wall? What about beneath your bed or behind your trash can? Your ceiling?

It will refresh not only your home but your mind once you physically scrub away all of the crud that has built up in the corners of each room.

I know it may seem like a lot of work, but once you’ve cleared away all the cobwebs and dust bunnies, you’ll be amazed by how fresh you’ll feel to be in a space that’s completely clean.

Now that the dark, dusty corners or your home are clear and clean, it’s time to clear out those dark corners of your mind. Why not create a journaling space in one of those corners?

Make a designated area to keep notebooks for brainstorming and those thought dumps!

This will be a space that gives you the alone time that you need to reflect and decompress, while at the same time motivates you to invest in the upkeep of your space. The next time you’re feeling antsy or agitated and don’t know why, maybe you just need a physical — and mental — clearing, cleaning, and dusting off! The mind is always clearer in a clean space, and you may find just the answers you were looking for.

Pisces: Refresh your workstation/Revisit old ideas

My sweet, sensitive Pisces, it’s no secret how easy it is for you to get lost in your creative endeavors. Your workspace is probably cluttered with sticky notes filled with ideas from projects that have long drifted into oblivion — not to mention all the pens, granola bar wrappers, and various other papers, stickers, or to-do lists scattered around your desk.

Take some time to refresh, reorganize, and clean up your workstation!

Put the pens back in their holder (that way you actually know where one is when you need it), read those sticky notes — do you actually need them? — and clean the surface of your desk, now that you can actually see it! It’s a beautiful little corner now, isn’t it?

That being said, don’t just throw all of your wonderful ideas away!

If you have sticky notes all over the place, try to consolidate what you have. You may find that an old idea could provide the solution for a new project, or maybe letting the idea simmer was just what you needed to spark the motivation needed to get past that mental block and work on it again. Put everything in a folder or notebook and into a drawer labeled “Ideas” that you can look through when you need some inspiration. Just because an idea may not seem useful now, doesn’t mean it won’t come in handy later!
