Taurus: Declutter your bedroom/Establish a memory corner

You are a homebody, my dear Taurus.

That’s why you need to have a home base that’s organized and clutter-free.

Yes, that means you finally have to recycle those water bottles sitting on your dresser and all those nick-knacks in your way on the nightstand, and start getting into the habit of making your bed. You’ll feel so much better when you can come home at the end of the day to a clean, safe place to rest where everything is in its place.

But that doesn’t mean you need to get rid of everything!

You can be very sentimental, Taurus, and you have a tendency to hold onto objects that mean a lot to you, whether it’s the ceramic elephant your grandmother gave you when you were a kid, or a wristband from a music festival you attended ages ago. Why not take all those memories and create a little sanctuary for them on a small corner on your dresser or windowsill, instead of having them spread throughout your room? It can be a small space that makes you feel joy, and a safe place to retreat to when things are tough — because it reminds you, not only of better days, but also to look forward to all the good times still to come.

Virgo: Organize the pantry/Crack open the cookbooks

Let’s be honest here, Virgo, when was the last time you cleaned out your pantry? How long has that stack of canned tuna been sitting on your shelf — probably since before the pandemic! Are you really ever going to use them?

Take some time to sort through your cabinets.

Throw out the things that have expired, and add labels to your racks (or refresh your old ones). You’ll feel better after organizing, and you can tap into your altruistic nature by donating the products that are still good to your local food bank.

That being said, it can’t be all work. Cooking is a great way to show your love for friends and family. Use that newfound cabinet space — fill it with fresh ingredients and crack open those old cookbooks your mother gave you that you’ve never used.

Start trying new recipes, and challenging yourself!

Cooking together is a fun way to bond with loved ones, and there’s no better way to bring everyone together than with a fresh, home cooked meal.

Capricorn: Consolidate old papers/Create a scrapbook

As the zodiac’s resident overachiever, Capricorn, you’re naturally an all-star scholar. You are an academic warrior, constantly soaring to new heights over and over again. That being said, you also have a tendency to leave a wreckage of old projects in your wake as you move to tackle your newest conquest.

Remember, organized chaos is still chaos in the end!

That’s why it’s finally time to go through all those awards from college and past business plans.

But what should you do with all those files and folders that have been sitting in cabinets and on bookshelves for years collecting dust? Take some time to reminisce, then consolidate them all into a scrapbook!

Pick out the projects you’re most proud of — whether that be old papers, paintings, stories — and put your successes together into a sentimental portfolio.

Whenever you’re feeling nostalgic or just need that rush of serotonin, you can pull out your book of memories to remind yourself of all you have already accomplished, and begin planning all the amazing things still left to come.
