Rogue Ramms was founded back in mid-2020 when the pandemic gave Christine (CEO) and Robyn (CDO) the opportunity (and the time!) to open the business they’ve always wanted.
With Robyn’s creative designs and Christine’s business savvy, the mother-daughter duo set out to create an online retail store with products that were eco-friendly, high-quality, and accessible to everyone with a team of hard-working professionals who all share their same priorities.
Even all our partnerships must be earth conscious, employee conscious, sustainable, and have a small carbon-footprint. We believe that even if it takes more time to research and vet all of our options, it’s more important to support companies and organizations who are working to make a difference for our planet, just like we’re trying to do.
So, while I’m sure you know our slogan – with our new website launching soon – we just wanted to give all of our loyal readers an inside look on what it really means to “GO ROGUE” with Rogue Ramms!
Join the eco-friendly (& sustainable) movement
Protecting the planet is one of our top priorities here at Rogue Ramms. We want to do everything we can to care for Mother Earth and preserve her nature.
So, know that when you shop with us, your order matters.
With our new website launch, we will be partnering with EcoMatcher and OneTreePlanted to plant a tree for every order we receive. These companies support forests by adding trees native to that forest, or carefully re-foresting areas with native trees that have been torn down previously. This method supports, instead of alters, the natural biodiversity of the area’s ecosystem. Transparency always a priority, they allow you to actually track the trees you plant so you can hold them accountable for every donation.
We also make sure that all of our manufacturers are eco-friendly and our products are made with nothing less than high-quality materials like cotton, polyester, and air-jet yarn.
To top it all off, Rogue Ramms only makes products once they’ve been ordered, thus eliminating any unnecessary waste. We also aim to keep our office very low-paper, plant-friendly, and recycle-focused so we, ourselves, can be as sustainable as possible!
Aside from us as a business supporting the sustainability movement, we believe that educating the public on small ways to reduce your own carbon footprint is valuable.

Change the world with charities
Here at Rogue Ramms, we value giving back. As a small business, we like to do whatever we can to help improve both our local Pacific Northwest community and beyond.
Aside from working with EcoMatcher and OneTreePlanted to plant trees across the globe, we have a specified month approximately every three months where we donate 50% of all our profits to a charity of our choosing. These charities are nominated and voted on by the employees of Rogue Ramms to ensure everyone has a fair say in what and who we are supporting.
We also roll out new designs linked to charities chosen by our founders, usually correlating with certain holidays or occasions. The charity will receive 50% of the proceeds from each purchase of the product bearing its correlating design, and these products will typically stay on our website anywhere from one to three months.
Previous charities we’ve worked with include the Innocence Project (which is still being supported, in case you missed January’s blog or our MLK JR Day designs), Child’s Play, World Central Kitchen, Patriot Paws, and many more!
Once our new website launches, we will be partnering with Best Friends, a no-kill shelter organization that not only helps protect your average household pets like cats and dogs, but also pigs, horses, and other farm animals/wildlife!
In our shop, we’ll have an option available for you to sponsor an animal from a no-kill shelter at checkout. Should you choose to do this, not only will 100% of your donation go to an animal in need, but you’ll also be emailed all the information about the animal you’ve saved, including their name, a picture, and other little tidbits about them so you can personally see how you’ve been able to make a difference.
Customers & Employees come FIRST
As a small business, we celebrate every sale. All of our designs are created by our design department, and your support truly means a lot to us.
We hold our customer service team to the highest standard and believe in the importance of responding quickly to each and every customer request. We don’t use any sort of automated systems or AI technology. We believe that people help people best.
We always try to aim for the highest quality when it comes to our products, but if for some reason there is ever any shipping problem, damage, or manufacturing error, our customers have 30 days after the product is delivered to notify us, and we’ll fix it right away!
We also believe in full transparency when it comes to our products. We want to be well-informed customers, so we assume everyone else does, too! Not only do we disclose everything from what our products are made from, where they’re made, what’s used in the making (such as inks, fibers, etc.), but our new website will also feature a section where customers can review the products they’ve purchased directly on the page. This way, you don’t just have to take our word for it, but can hear from others the quality of our products and can stay well-informed on all purchases you make from us.
Rebellious, Unique, Independent — GO ROGUE!
At Rogue Ramms, we believe in standing up for and supporting the things we all believe in. Our company cares about sustainability, justice, freedom, and investing in our community. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, we haven’t been able to be as active as we would like because a lot of local community events have been canceled in our area. That being said, while we haven’t been as active in person, we still try to support our causes any way we can.
Both of our founders are parents, so we care a lot about helping children. We’re also proud supporters of The National Down Syndrome Society, a cause especially close to our hearts because one of our founders has a son with Down Syndrome.
We have family members who are veterans, and obviously we have a soft spot for animals.
Rogue Ramms is also very proud of our Celtic heritage. We participate in the Western America Highland Games every year (excluding when the games were cancelled due to the pandemic), and our founders are members of the Robertson Clan (aka Clan Donnachaidh).
You’ll also find a lot of Celtic influence in our designs (you may have noticed our Celtic ram logo!). But did you also know that it was the Celts who were some of the first to branch into astrology? They used different types of trees to symbolize different signs as opposed to the modern-day zodiac, and the well-respected Druids (who were amazingly almost always female) were skilled astrologists!
Once it’s safe to do so, we can’t wait to get back out in our community, donating our time, as well as supplies, to local charity events, and we highly encourage all our customers to do the same.
High quality is a priority
One of the major reasons Rogue Ramms was founded in the first place was because our founders couldn’t find many options of high-quality clothing that was inexpensive, comfortable, and accessible. They vowed when they started their company that they would only accept the highest-quality of products and ensure their manufacturers shared their same commitment to sustainability. All Rogue Ramm’s products use 100% vegan, biodegradable, water-based, non-hazardous, non-toxic inks. All of the manufacturing processes use low-water, low waste, and eco-friendly methods.
Once our new website goes live, we’ll be adding a bunch of new products to our store! These new products will be manufactured by top eco-friendly manufactures, including Econscious, GreenBomb, and Royal Apparel.
As with every decision made at Rogue Ramms, these manufactures have all been vetted and researched carefully to ensure they are up to our standards.
We have a strict 5-star rating requirement, and will only work with those who have pledged to the Fair Labor Association & the WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production Program) to uphold high, eco-friendly standards.
Rogue Ramms wants to have a positive impact on our planet, and we truly care about each and every customer we have. Growth is exciting, but as we grow, we want to assure you that we fully intend to continue to uphold our high standards when it comes to our team and our products and give back as much as we can.
